Personal training sessions are designed for those who prefer more detailed one on one instruction. The training is customized to your personal goals and takes into account your age, background, body type and skill level. If you are tired of the “cookie cutter” programs and the mediocre results they provide then this is the way to go.

Online Program Design
If you attended a kettlebell workshop and/or personal training session and just need help putting together a workout program that is suited to your goals, body type and lifestyle, then online program design is a good choice. How does it work? I e-mail your workout program at the beginning of every week, you do it, record it, and then send it back to me for review and to answer any questions. Journaling and sharing your workouts in this manner promotes increased accountability and greater success.

Kettlebell Workshops
Kettlebell workshops are a 3-4 hour session detailing a particular aspect of kettlebell training. Regardless of your background, there is a kettlebell workshop for you – beginner, intermediate and/or advanced. In addition, workshops can also be designed to fit a specific group – mixed martial artists, football, track, gymnastics etc. If you are interested in hosting a kettlebell workshop, please contact me at extremeathletictraining@charter.net
